Pet Clothing Delivery Information

  1. Where we Deliver
    1. While the materials on this Site are directed at customers who access this Site from the United Kingdom (i.e. the island of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) (Note: The UK does not include the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man), you can use this Site to order for delivery worldwide. If you do, we once again draw your attention to the Export & Delivery sections of our Terms & Conditions.
  2. Charges for UK Delivery
    1. We make every effort to keep our postal charges as low as possible.
    2. We offer a standard postage rate of £3.50 per order, which is sent via Royal Mail Registered Post or a premium postage rate of £5.00 per order, which is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
    3. All standard and premium deliveries will need to be signed for.
    4. Larger items [exceeding kg] will be dispatched via a courier at the cost of £5.00.
  3. Charges for Worldwide Delivery
    1. Orders for worldwide delivery should clearly indicate the full address of the receiver.
    2. The transaction will be done according to the prices displayed in GBP (British Pounds).
    3. We make every effort to keep our postage charges as low as possible.
    4. Postage to EEC countries is £5.00 standard rate per order, which is via Royal Mail Airmail and £7.50 for premium rate per order, which is via Royal Mail International Signed for.
    5. Postage to Non-EEC countries is £10 for standard rate per order, which is via Royal Mail Airmail and £15 for premium rate per order, which is Royal Mail International Signed for.
    6. Unfortunately, it is not possible to dispatch larger items to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, these items are marked [“*For delivery to UK addresses only”.—what do you mean by this and why not?]
  4. Standard or Premium Delivery
    1. When you add products to your Delivery Shopping Basket, the appropriate standard delivery charge will be added automatically. Should you require premium delivery then you should check the “Premium Delivery” box and your postal charges will be updated automatically.
    2. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
  5. Christmas Deliveries
    1. To receive your order in time for Christmas, for UK delivery please place your order by 5pm on the 15th December 2007 and for Worldwide delivery please place your order by 5pm on 1st December 2007.
      Please note: "Whilst we do everything we can to meet delivery times, due to high order volumes, delays may occur."
  6. Delivery Times
    1. Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays).
    2. If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
  7. Postal and Courier Deliveries, normally 5 - 7 Working Days
    1. Please allow 5-7 workings days for all postal and courier deliveries to UK addresses upon our confirmation of your order, (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sale periods).
    2. If we are sending your product by courier, please be aware that deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands and Overseas Addresses.
